The Match today was fantastic. Xinmin Secondary School Field. 405 vs 402. 11 vs 11.

Game was running smooth the fast half, we had most of the scoring opportunities and manages to start the game with a 1- 0 lead within the first 10mins. However the next minute, we were threatened by a penalty kick. One of our players had raised a high boot and had given the adversary a penalty. The referee (Zhi Cao) turned a deaf ear to our imploration that the foul was not worth a penalty.
It was Benedict Vs Benjamin Tan
At the referee's signal, Bendedict lunged forward and kick the ball straight in the centre of the goal post. Our capable goalkeeper was prepared. With no hesitation, he punched the ball away and the game continued. Relief was manifest in the air.
Within 15mins, another penalty was awarded to the opposing team. One of our players had been fouled for hand ball. This time it was Jin Hoe vs Benjamin Tan
With the wave of the referee's hand, the ball was kicked hard, again, to the centre of the goal. Our goalkeeper saved it again. It was a tremendous morale booster. 4P team became more determined to win the match.
10mins to the end of half time, we had another scoring opportunity. Eric had dribbled the ball to the corner of the field and was prepared to cross the ball. He passed a ground ball, which the opponent's keeper failed to catch, to biing yih, who kicked the ball into the net. It was 2 - 0 for us.
Right after the half time, 405 made a changed in their tactics. They played more midfield. Our midfielders succesfully stopped their attempts in getting the ball up front. Scoring opportunities for both side was minuscule.
Right into 20mins of the second half, we were awarded a corner. Our Midfielder, Chang hoe decides to take the corner. He gave a forceful shot and the ball landed near the penalty box, then eric, did a volley. The ball hit the opponent's goal keeper's hand and went into the net. Score was 3 - 1.
405 was relentless in their scoring attempts. They bombarded the front with long passes in attempts to score. Finally, and opportunity came when Jin Hoe swiftly dribbled passed desmond and darryl and landed the ball in the net. It was a great shot =D
Soon, the game ended. Smiles were seen as the game went on smoothly. It was a spectacular game....

Today was darn fun la. Morning had some interesting lesson on social ettiqute course...then the instructor was cute too. Though i wasn't really listening to him, he seem quite humourous...haha =D...learn quite a few tips on communicating with people ba =D
After that, we went to red court to play ball. Hot but fun. Bball is fun =D...
Next, we travelled to eric's house. Swam and played some interesting game at the pool. I scored!...but so did all on the team. HahA...Fun =D...But tiring

The reason why NCC fails to obtain a seat in today's champions day, is all due to my failure in leading...I had lead the unit in the wrong direction...I should have emphasised on the spirit rather than the drills and discipline. It was a irreversible miscountre.
Why do I realise this only till now? What have i done to the unit? I believe that i have failed to lead them to a greater height, but instead, to a lower standard. Choosing me to take on the CSM job was a terrible mistake. I do not have the foresight to foresee all these contingencies...Why didn't i realise?!?
Perharps, there could be someone better than me leading the unit...perharps the unit would have been in a much better state...disappointed...perharps it was just my folly to have believe in my leading style. Why did the NCC unit end up in this state....Damn...so much problems surfacing......
It is too late to regret...it was just not meant to be...i am not fit to lead this unit.
Damned.
Nevertheless, i am elated that i have a great bunch of friends supporting my every move. Every single approach, no matter right or wrong, they are always behind me...sorry if i had failed all of you...
It was bio prac on thurs. Everything was peacful...till disaster struck. I forgot to bring my pencil case. Yet, my trepidation was short lived. My trustworthy bunch of friends, immediately assembled a pencil case for me. Within 30 seconds, my arnament for the exam was ready. The pencil, ruler from gordon. Pen from jimmy. Calculator and rubber from Jimmy. And shaphan was ready to take out his pen.... Thanks guys =D...
Finally exam ended today....after a long night of exhuastion....finally a breather....

Today physics's prac was dangerous....you can just strike a match and burn down the whole lab...nah kiddin...it was kinda fun. We were playing with candles =D..
Played bridge in the hall again...haha..its a fabulous game. You will need full concentration to play this game, this perplex game...=D
Then, i saw something interesting. I saw girls attempting to climb to the pull up bar at the hall and trying their very best to do at least 1 pull up =D...Jia you le wor...especially Choo min...haha
Played ball after that, 9 guys...though we suffered under the immense heat, it was worth it...bball is fun...=D

Today 's chem prac was damn fun la...its understandable, comprehensible, but, impossible. Darn. I can't get my results...its f******* gay...
Haha...but i don't care anyway, i don't want go first 3 months le...lol...go KFC work..
THen after chem prac, went to hougang mall eat lunch, its like...8 guys walkings together, kinda cool, this bunch of guys roxs. =D
Then eric, biing yih, chang hoe, darryl came my house...and watched. "lead the way"...Darn nice show, inspirational. Giving people hope....motivating them...and allowing them to fufil their dreams...

I have realised that, many a times, friends might have disappointed you...but what matters is that both of you realise your mistakes...
Its tiring to hate somebody, and its hurtful to get disappointed. But sometimes, things occur unintentionally and many a times, the animosity fades...

Haix...Why 406 people don't want play match with us tomorrow? Disappointed, and they gave no reason. I hate that. Its ok to pangseh, but....give me a f******* reason to fu yan me what. hai...
Tomorrow...guess we will still be playing ball ba...but...within our class ba =D Hope tomorrow got more people go...kinda sian if less than 10 people go...
Prelims...it seems to have ended, but apparently not. Didn't study for the past week, and i don't really care...Just don't have the mood...

Yesterday was very fun...but tiring at the same time. Since other people blog all got talk about the event, shan't describe more about it. Just felt that it was meaningful though...learnt many things too =D...And found out...some people have quite good personalities...
Weicheng actually very nice de ba, quite helpful too...i guess i was in the wrong to discriminate him in the first place, sorry weicheng =(. I Guess he can be a good friend, a very good one, as long as he is willing to change. Well guys...its time to wake up, its better to make more friends than enemies right?...lets accept weicheng =D...He is a real good guy...=D
I realised that jon also very ke ai. I sit with him damn lucky la, everytime give out card, my number same as him or 1 or 2 lesser. And we always get the same colour. lol...heng arh...or else don't know must tio how many times le...
BBQ was fun too ba, i got help lo! I assisted in the makings of 8 chicken wings!! But, only ate 1..haha...realise that the scholars are quite friendly too ba...
I guess one should learn to help without asking for return ba...its meaningful to help =D Fan zheng you won't lose anything =D

haha...today physics prac not bad la...though quite troublesome, but it was an achievement to have set up the experiment. Its **** confusing la. Nevertheless, i got my reading!! 26000J/kgK. And the expected was like 4200 or 5000. Damn zhun la. hAHa...
Played ball today. Under the ******** hot sun. Damned, i got sun burn. Though its kinda like jia chang bian fan to me, it still sucks to have a tomato face. Today played badly...but it was fun =D EVery second of bball is fun. Under the immense heat, my team played damn chio teamwork la. Biing Yih and Fawwaz Rocks. THats for the first team. Then the second team was Me weiming and Kevin, it rocks too! I lOve weiming. This game rocks.
Played ball again. THis time with my neighbour and his friends. Darn, had to endure the pain of my blister. I had to wrap it up la...use bandage to minimise the pain. Me and my neighbour vs 2 of his friends, they damn qiang la....lost 3 sets to 1...That friend can guan lan la...and he only like...8 cm taller than me. Damn gay. Learnt alot though...be confident when you play ball. =D
Tomorrow got bbq =D. Song bo...but before that got spoiler. Got chinese class. Never mind, its all for you own good. Tomorrow chiong finish chinese then go BBQ lo! =D Song. Go eric house lo...damn fun la...zhong yu can swim le...after like 6 months. Nearly the whole class got go =D...Roxs man...finally some bonding. =D To those who can't come, don't we sad la...=D...there will be another one...soon...

Everyone is out there for their own...no one...is selfless. Everyone has flaws, and everyone tries to conceal it. It is not the end of the world to let everyone know that you made that mistake, or you did something that was amoral. Yet, it is cardinal that you learn from it, and admit it. I heard many stories about many people, about how selfish they were once, how belligerent they were, yet, i do not care. Even if they had hurt someone in the past, or did irreversible mistakes, i do not care. All i want is a new beggining, where i sight only their good points and regard them as true friends...to me, their past does not matter, as long as they are willing to change...
Friends are always there for you...cherish them.
Some might say that i am foolish to have dedicated my time in teaching others, or in the midst of the exam lift a phone while studying to help one in need. It might take quite some time for me to regain my concentration on what i am studying, but, what encourages me is that i helped someone, and they trust me. I might take 20min to teach one, 10min to regain my concentration, but that half an hour i just spent, is to aid someone to achieve better grades. Isn't that more meaningful?
I am always willing to help any who needs me, as long as its within my capabilities. So to all my friends, i will be here for you =D
P.S - Don't Ka Jiao me at night, i studying with my neighbour to help his chiong his studies for his prelims after sept hols. =D
To those who think i am a nimbecile to do so, i do it with no regrets =D So don't worry for me =D

On Life...
Its good to be simply contented, because somethings in life, you either give or take, and often, we can't get many things we want. Yet, life still goes on. BE contended with what you have, be happy with what you can get.
Its good to have aspirations. However, one must work hard to achieve his goals. It will not matter if you aim high, but didn't work for it. Everyone has goals, who wouldn't? Nevertheless, it is not always that we can achieve, so at least try, to leave no regrets...
On Friendship...
Be a motivator...Encourage more people to do the right thing. Life is inundated with adversities, but it is up to you to lend a helping hand to those in dire need of aid, to overcome obstacles together. Guide all whom you care...
Lend a listening ear...Don't we always try to ask questions when people are talking? When one shares his problem, we will ask why it occur, but will never ask, how can we solve it...Sometimes, its too late to debate on the causes of problems, yet, it is rather appropriate to think of solutions to the ramifications that occured. Rather than blaming or castigating your friends, why not just lend them your ear, listen and advice...Isn't it so much better..To have someone who is willing to be there for you...
Do not make your friends feel guilty...how would one feel when some difficulties happened and your friends keep blaming you? Smile...and forgive would be a better remedy to what had occured. Let them feel more comfortable with you...nobody would have expected certain circumstances to happen, and often, miscountre was commited with carelessness or no ill intentions. Don't blame...but forgive...
Be willing to share. Friendship doesn't go one way. To commit to a friendship, both sides must be willing to trust each other. Sharing would foster the bonding between friends, and often, it would bring you much positive admonition.
Friendship...is a important key to anyone's life...
On Studies...
Never ever study at the eleventh hour. Plan, and follow your study guide. Never ever take your studies as a gamble. It determines your future, your plans and where you should go...Don't...ever take it lightly. Its ok if there are certain concepts you don't understand, for there will always be someone out there who is willing to help you. If you know me...feel free to ask me, as long as it is within my capabilities...i will try to help =D
Don't panic over the short time left, but instead, feel elated. Your efforts over the weeks are going to get its results. Only if you didn't study hard enough, will you get a sense of trepidation. Feel relief that after so many hours of mugging and "chionging" had you reached your ultimatum - Your Exams. The last few hours, is for you to run through your past mistakes and revise...Trying to do new questions, or test papers is no longer that useful...
On Leading...
"Praise in public, criticise when there is no one". This is the key to be an effective leader. Gain the support of those around and lend their aid to bring a better unit or group. It is essential that the people you are leading does not lose their faith in you. Do not leave anyone out, but treat all equally.
No leader can walk alone. You will need the aid of fellow assistants that can give you what you need. No one achieve great things, when he is alone...
Be confident, or at least show that you are. People you are leading will look up to you, and their confident arises from you. Show them that you are determined to achieve that goal, and the people you are leading will believe in your aims.
Make plans early. Never ever try to do things that are extemporaneous. Making plans early will serve to facilitate changes or contingencies that might occur...
Be flexible...At times, we cannot have the favourable circumstances to achieve what we want. Change. Ensure that all are happy with the decision and ensure the plans can still go on, but in a different direction. Or at least, the goals of the training or event is met. =D
Leading...is a skill...To those who had aided me in my bid in leading the XMS NCC UNit..Thanks alot. Alex...My ever faithful ASM. Desmond, my great buddy and helping hand. Buk cheng, though you were always that playful, you did well in leading your platoon. Zhi wei, it is you my senior, that enlighten me on my flaws, thanks alot =D. Clement, my efficient logistic head that ensures my training runs smoothly. And Fawwaz, my admin head that is full of ideas =D
It may be sad that we have all stepped down and our journey together ends here. But, do not worry...for we are still together in the same school...=D...Lets work hard for the "O"s..

Today we went to KFC at compass point to meet mrs tan =D. Was elated to once again witness her radiant smile. She is a great teacher, its a pity she left XMS. Lets hope those in her current seconday school can cherish her. Had a great chat with her today, talking about our current preparation for prelims and plans for the future. She gave great advice that was enlightening. It is especially heartwarming to see her working hard for her current students...Jia You Mrs tan...i believe you can nurture another batch of determined students =D..
Played ball at eric's house today =D...quite fun. After two games, we switched to soccer and i was darn lousy at it...let the opponent score quite a few times.. until chang hoe came and help me play defender =D...so glad to have him on my team =D We had fun ba, though some other events could occur to better spend my day.
Met a cute little boy at the court...nearly wanted to beat him up. He attempts to irritate us, snatching our ball while we were playing and acting like a loser to run off with it. He even pointed a middle finger and said indignantly, "How many finger is that?" I nearly wanted to throw the ball at him...but someone took care of it...=D...What is happening to parents nowadays...mine rocks =D
