The reason why NCC fails to obtain a seat in today's champions day, is all due to my failure in leading...I had lead the unit in the wrong direction...I should have emphasised on the spirit rather than the drills and discipline. It was a irreversible miscountre.
Why do I realise this only till now? What have i done to the unit? I believe that i have failed to lead them to a greater height, but instead, to a lower standard. Choosing me to take on the CSM job was a terrible mistake. I do not have the foresight to foresee all these contingencies...Why didn't i realise?!?
Perharps, there could be someone better than me leading the unit...perharps the unit would have been in a much better state...disappointed...perharps it was just my folly to have believe in my leading style. Why did the NCC unit end up in this state....Damn...so much problems surfacing......
It is too late to regret...it was just not meant to be...i am not fit to lead this unit.

Nevertheless, i am elated that i have a great bunch of friends supporting my every move. Every single approach, no matter right or wrong, they are always behind me...sorry if i had failed all of you...
It was bio prac on thurs. Everything was peacful...till disaster struck. I forgot to bring my pencil case. Yet, my trepidation was short lived. My trustworthy bunch of friends, immediately assembled a pencil case for me. Within 30 seconds, my arnament for the exam was ready. The pencil, ruler from gordon. Pen from jimmy. Calculator and rubber from Jimmy. And shaphan was ready to take out his pen.... Thanks guys =D...
Finally exam ended today....after a long night of exhuastion....finally a breather....
