Will you support the view of the majority or the minority?
What will be your approach if the minority are stubborn with their views?
Do you go with their views?
Please tell me....CAN a leader not be forced to make decisions at times...decision that compromise certain people's choices...
If your reply is...a leader should listen and accept to every single view point of people. Thats called a listener.
If you tell me, as a leader u can make everyone happy...then congrats...you are one of a kind.
Come on. Lets be realistic. HOW can a leader listen to everyone's opinions...EVEN if you explained your rationale...if they are insistent...what will you do? Will you still be like...smiling and say...hey ya...lets continue to discuss your interesting view..?

Just watched some movie online...'definitely, maybe'...gain lots of insight from it...
To all who are reading this post...you should watch it too =)
Its abt this guy...whose love life was totally complicated...with 3 girls all about him...exciting...
But it is really inspirational...
Reminds me of friends whom never dared admit that they like someone...
Reminds me of how hard one will try to get the one he love...but always fails in the end...
Reminds me of how tiring it is...to find one you truly love...
I have got friends who obviously like each other, but they never dared tell each other...
I have got friends who went blindly in love...and end up breaking up...
I have got friends who whole-heartedly love this girl, and yet...nothing good comes out of it...
Isn't love weird? To create all this complications...
The ending of the movie...talks about this guy...holding on to a book that belongs to the girl he truly loved, simply because...it was the only thing that remind him of her...
Many a times...we miss out on opportunities...yet, we do nothing about it...
Like missing someone from OBS and not saying anything about it...
Like saying things like...its impossible...when you have really not tried it...
Sometimes...such chances are rare...grab it...and hold on tight...to the one you really cherish...
I was lucky.

I am Like...Rotting at home right now...Boo...
Don't feel like studying...oh great...=(
Have to go to SMU to help chengze with a A.R.K. Presentation. Though theres lots of things to prepare for it, but Chengze has helped the A.R.K. Project alot, and i guess...helping him with just a short 15min presentation shouldn't be a big problem.
We must never forget those who have helped you...cannot WANG EN FU Yi.
Went to NUS for some econs financial talk today. The first speaker was really cool, learnt alot about credit management. I WANNA PLAY STOCKS NOW.

Did you know....if you save $500 a month for 14 years....at the age of 69...you will give $1mil?...at the bank...due to compound interest and stuff...so cool right...
After him, the second speaker came on...and talked nonsense. lol...ok la...it was really boring.
He talked about...investment...he made investment sound so exciting...like a dream...with money floating around in the skies....and pigs flying about...YEA, i was dammit sleeping. Nevertheless, i woke up after a deep slumber and listened to his last 30mins talk or smth...
Each school sends like...7 teams of 3?...and like...IMAGINE...HOW MANY JCs are THERE...there are even some polys taking part...HMMM...100 plus teams...and only FOUR team can get into the final round...
Sucks right. Yet, no matter what..i will CHIONG the financial shit. Its interesting anyway...and it might fairly well become my future...so WHy not? =)

If you are afraid of failing right from the start, you will. At least trying gives a hope.
I am always so afraid of trying, and i need the confidence. Come on vincent, lets overcome the fears, and do it.
To those who are as afraid of regrets as me, please don't hesitate to do anything you wanna achieve. Believe in yourself!
I have just learnt a very important lesson today. Relationship is about giving in. Its never about yourself and what you want. Lets all be more caring to those who are most important to them. Lets support them instead of being their burden =)
